Breaking Gender Stereotypes (Challenging Gender Roles)

As part of efforts to redistribute unpaid care work to reduce the burden of domestic work on women and girls to allow for their meaningful participation in education, work and other aspects of life, we launched this project. The first edition of the “Men cook to break gender stereotypes” took place at the Wa Naa palace and brought together 10 organizations (local NGOs, Government departments and corporates).

A Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) project for adolescents in Wa municipal. This project made use of both radio and in-person engagements to educate adolescent boys and girls on SRHR.
